Scheduling Your Occupational Therapy Session:
To begin your child's journey with us, please follow these simple steps:
Select a time for your Complimentary Consultation: Use our scheduler to select a time for your 30-minute consultation, then you will be prompted to sign in and complete intake form.
Complete the Intake Form: Fill out our comprehensive intake form, which provides us with essential information about your child's needs and goals.
Complimentary Consultation: After submitting your intake form, you'll be invited to schedule a complimentary 30-minute phone or Zoom consultation with our Pediatric Occupational Therapist. During this session, we'll discuss your child's strengths, your aspirations, and how we can tailor our services to meet your family's unique needs.
OT Session Scheduling: Based on provider and patient availability your occupational therapy appointments will be scheduled by the provider and you will receive a confirmation email.
Scheduling Your Homeschool or Child Enrichment Session:
